We are equipped with the latest metallurgical laboratory with World-Class equipment that test the quality of incoming raw material and the finished product goes through stringent test chemically and metallurgical for macro and micro test, crack, porosity.

                    Microscope

The raw material and finished product is thoroughly examined and analyzed through process like macro inclusion, macro inclusion, cracks, porosity, microstructure (after annealing), Pearlite amount and carbide size.

                      Inspection

After the turning process is completed with CNC Machine, our qualified engineers check the dimension as per ISO standard.

            Grinding and Inspection
 
Our qualified engineers and skilled workers carry the Grinding Process out using the latest machines.
